Absolutely fantastic service from Ric.
I am sad to see some negative reviews mixed in here, as my experience with this company has been 5 star from start to finish, I literally only wanted 1 custom cap made in a rush to get sent to a remote part of the country, and Ric made it happen for me so quickly!! The product is high quality, and I'll be ordering another shortly.
Even though I am only generating a small amount of business for the company, I was still treated as a valued customer. I'm very grateful to MadHats, I would encourage other people to give them a go.
