Custom Made or Colour or Design has a 50 pce minimum.
Unfortunately we dont guarantee fit and we dont offer refunds in this circumstance.
We are unable to guarantee materials or colours meet your expectations. Different screens, lighting and changes by the suppliers we work with may mean that the items dont precisely match what is listed on the site. Whilst we try to best depict what is being offered if colour matching is important to you we recommend you ask us about any concerns you have, or for photos of the product, so we can address them before we ship to you as we dont offer refunds in such circumstances.
Unfortunately items decorated cannot be refunded or exchanged. If they are deemed faulty or made incorrectly, we will review the item(s) and provide a reworked item or replace it at our sole discretion. This is a strict condition of sale, by placing an order for decorated items you understand and accept this condition of sale.
Pick and pack can take 1-4 days depending on how busy the warehouse is. Most items ship same or next day
A few items like Richardson, Otto are from overseas warehouse and can take longer to arrive. Best to ask our sales team about this, if you need it quicker as some models we do have local stocks
Standard Shipping takes 1-7 days to reach most locations in Australia.
Express Shipping is 1-3 days to most Capital cities and metropolitan areas. Rural areas can be slightly longer.
A: You can order blank samples from the store. if you want a sample with your logo on it, we can arrange it but all set up fees etc needs to be paid. We encourage you to seek a quote from our sales team. We have a design centre where you can add your logo to get an idea of what you would like to see. For embroidery we provide embroidery tests for approval within 1 day of placing the order.
A:Shipping is $12.50 per order on a standard service Australia wide. There is an Express Freight option on the site too. Internationally freight costs $50 per order.
A: That will depend on what you order and the qty you have ordered
Any sales considered a wholesale transaction will not be able to exchange.
Anything customised or personalised, can not be exchanged or returned.
If we do accept to exchange blank stock items. there will be a restocking fee of 25% and freight to us and back to you needs to be covered by you and any difference must be used towards a new purchase.
We will be closed from 22/12/23 and will reopen on 28/12/23. Additionally, please note that we will be closed on 1/1/24.
