How custom embroidery works at MadHats: upload your logo through our design tool or send it to our team, we prepare a digital artwork proof for approval and, for embroidery, a stitched embroidery test within 1 business day of your order. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
Minimum order: 1 piece — no minimum quantity, whether it's a single sample or a bulk team order. Fully bespoke colours, materials or designs start from 50 pieces.
Turnaround: production and delivery typically take 1–4 weeks depending on order size and decoration method.
Decoration methods: embroidery, screen printing, textile printing and patches — we'll help you choose the right one for your logo and budget.
Shipping: $15 flat rate Australia-wide, with an Express option, plus international shipping.
