What "fully custom" means at MadHats: your choice of cap style, fabric, colours, and decoration method (embroidery, screen printing, textile printing or patches), built from scratch around your logo and brand, not just a blank cap with a logo added.
How it works: upload your logo through our design tool or send it to our team, we prepare a digital artwork proof for approval and, for embroidery, a stitched embroidery test within 1 business day. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
Minimum order: 1 piece for standard customisation. Fully bespoke colours, materials or made-from-scratch designs start from 50 pieces.
Turnaround: production and delivery typically take 1–4 weeks depending on order size and decoration method.
Shipping: $15 flat rate Australia-wide, with an Express option, plus international shipping.
